Only persons 18 years or older can place an order. www.fashionlove.euretains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate.
The products offered are distributed in the member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (continental), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Resident outside these countries may only benefit from the online purchasing service of this webpage, if the delivery address of the order is located in one of the above countries.
All orders for products are subject to availability. If the product is not on stock, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity.
Pricing and delivery cost
The prices displayed at www.fashionlove.euinclude the statutory Value Added Tax. The standard delivery is free of charge.
We try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, but sometimes errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund, using the same payment method used to purchase the product.
Order and payment
Once you have placed your order via website, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such order, you will receive a full refund.
The minimum order amount is 1 euro (after deduction of discounts). The maximum order amount is 500 euro and/or 20 products.
www.fashionlove.eu accepts payments for purchases via PayPal or cash on delivery (cash on delivery is available only for deliveries in Greece, Hungary and Romania).
Delivery of products purchased at www.fashionlove.euwill be carried out via an international courier company or postal service. The delivery time is 5 to 15 working days after order confirmation.
The standard delivery service is free charge. It is also possible to request Express delivery (2 – 3 working days) with a delivery charge of ??? euro. The Express delivery is not available during sale periods or special promotions.
Orders can not be delivered to military bases or PO boxes.
If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred during transportation, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form.
The attributes of our products, including composition and colors displayed on the screen may be subject to changes depending on your computer system.
We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the product colors.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we will allow you to exchange it for another size within 30 days from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. It is not possible to change one model for another. It is only possible to exchange it for a different size. To exchange one item for another, you must follow the refund procedure and make a new purchase.
Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 calendar days without any need to give reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice by email. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment at the latest within 14 days after we receive back the product. The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without any undue delay and within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed complied with if the goods are returned before expiry of said deadline.
All products must be exchanged or returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please note goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost. All our shipments contain a pre-printed return form in case you decide to return any items.
Who is paying the delivery cost in case of returns or exchanges?
Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost. If the item was damaged or a wrong item was send the delivery will be covered by us.
